Eighty Two League Terms and Conditions
1. General Agreement
By registering a team or as an individual player for the 82 League, you and all members of your squad agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge you have read, understood, and accept these terms. By registering, you also agree to abide by all rules and regulations outlined in the official 82 League Rule Book. These Terms and Conditions and the Rule Book serve as the definitive governing documents for the league.
2. Team and Player Eligibility
- Age Requirement: All players must be 18 years of age or older.
- Squad Composition: Each team must have a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 12 players on its squad.
- Amateur Status: Only amateur players are eligible to participate. Current professional players are excluded.
- Player Status: A player can only be registered and play for a single team at a time. Player transfers may be permitted during a designated transfer period, subject to a separate transfer policy.
3. Registration and Qualification Process
- Online Registration: Teams must register through the official league website.
- Qualification: If more than 12 teams register, a qualification phase will be held to determine the final 12 teams. All registered teams must pay the initial fee to be part of this qualification process.
- Final Squad: The team representative is responsible for providing all required player information and documents, as specified in the Rule Book.
4. Payments and Fees
- Registration Fee: The total team registration fee is 250 KD.
- Qualification Fee: A non-refundable qualification fee of 30 KD is required upon initial registration.
- Final Payment: If your team qualifies for the main league, the remaining balance of 220 KD must be paid by the communicated deadline. Failure to pay this balance will result in your team’s forfeiture of its spot, and the initial 30 KD qualification fee will not be refunded.
- No Refunds: All registration fees are non-refundable once paid. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including team withdrawal, player disqualification, or match forfeiture.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit card and K-net.
5. Player Conduct and Disciplinary Actions
- Code of Conduct: All players, coaches, and spectators must adhere to the league’s Code of Conduct. This includes respecting officials, opponents, and all other participants.
- Disciplinary Authority: The Disciplinary Committee will handle all violations of the rules, including those related to player misconduct and on-field offenses.
- Zero Tolerance: The league has a zero-tolerance policy for violence, threats, and discrimination. Any participant who engages in such behavior will face immediate expulsion from the tournament and may be subject to further sanctions.
- Penalties: Penalties for rule violations can include warnings, yellow cards, red cards, suspensions from matches, forfeiture of matches, and expulsion from the league, as determined by the Disciplinary Committee. A red card results in an automatic suspension from the next scheduled match.
6. Waiver and Release of Liability
Media Release: Participants grant the league the right to use any photographs, video footage, or other media captured during the tournament for promotional purposes.
Assumption of Risk: All participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with playing in the league, including the risk of injury.
Liability: By registering, you agree to release and hold harmless the league organizers, sponsors, and venue owners from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during participation.

تقر أنك وجميع الأعضاء المسجلين في الفريق واللاعبين الفرديين بعلمك وموافقتك وفهمك لهذه الشروط والأحكام ويعتبر قبول منك بالالتزام بها والعمل بموجبها هي وجميع القواعد واللوائح المنظمة لدوري 82 الموضحة بكتاب القواعد الرسمي، الذي يعتبر القانون الرسمي المطبق في الدوري.
شروط الأهلية الخاصة بالفريق واللاعبين:
شرط العمر: يجب ألا يقل عمر اللاعب عن 18 عاماً عند بدء البطولة.
شرط العدد: يجب ألا يقل الفريق عن 8 لاعبين كحد أدنى، وبحد أقصى 12 لاعباً.
الاحتراف: المشاركة مقتصرة على اللاعبين الهواة فقط، ولا يجوز تسجيل اللاعبين المحترفين (المسجلين في الاتحاد الكويتي لكرة القدم).
لا يجوز للاعب التسجيل إلا مع فريق واحد في نفس الوقت، وقد يُسمح بفترة انتقالات لاحقاً وفقاً لسياسة الانتقالات.
التسجيل والتصفيات:
في حالة تسجيل أكثر من 12 فريق، سيتم عمل تصفيات لتحديد بقية مقاعد الدوري اعتماداً على عدد المسجلين.
ويجب على المشاركين دفع الرسوم الأولية لحجز المقاعد في الدوري أو التصفيات.
ويكون قائد الفريق هو الممثل الرسمي عنه والمسؤول عن تقديم المعلومات والبيانات الضرورية للاعبين المسجلين كما هو محدد بكتاب القواعد.
رسوم التسجيل والدفع:
يلتزم الفريق بسداد مبلغ 30 د.ك عند التسجيل لحجز المقعد في التصفيات أو الدوري، وهي رسوم أولية لضمان الالتزام بالجدية.
وفي أي حال من الأحوال لا يجوز
في حالة ضمان المقعد أو التأهل من دور التصفيات، على الفريق استكمال متبقي المبلغ وهو 220 د.ك (إجمالي 250 د.ك).
استرداد رسوم التسجيل الأولية في حالة مشاركة الفريق في التصفيات أو في حالة انسحابه من الدوري.وفي أي حال من الأحوال لا يجوز
استرداد أي من الرسوم بمجرد الإعلان عن استكمال مقاعد الدوري.
قواعد السلوك:
يجب على جميع المشاركين اتباع قواعد السلوك القويم بشكل عام والمنصوص عليها في كتاب القواعد الرسمي والتي تشمل حسن التعامل مع الخصوم ومنظمي الدوري وممثليهم والحكام المشاركين.
كما يلتزم من يخالف أي من القواعد بقرارات اللجنة التأديبية مهما كانت والتي تشمل – ليس على سبيل الحصر – الإنذارات، البطاقات الصفراء، البطاقات الحمراء، الإيقاف عن المباريات، خسارة المباريات، أو الطرد من الدوري، حسب ما تقرره اللجنة التأديبية.
إخلاء طرف وإعفاء:
حق الاستخدام التجاري والتصوير: يمنح المشاركون في الدوري المنظمين حق استخدام أي صور فوتوغرافية أو مقاطع فيديو قد يتم التقاطها بشكل عام ولأغراض دعائية تجارية ومشاركتها عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة.
يقر جميع المشاركين بأن مشاركتهم في الدوري قد تعرضهم لمخاطر لا تخلو منها لعبة كرة القدم بشكل عام، ولا يتحمل المنظمون مسؤولية تلك المخاطر.
بمجرد التسجيل، فإنك توافق على إعفاء وإخلاء طرف منظمي الدوري والجهات الراعية وأصحاب الملاعب من أي مسؤولية قانونية تجاه أي إصابات أو أضرار قد تحدث أثناء المشاركة في البطولة.
